Since the beginning of 2000, the Jamsil Stadium site has been a place that has been in the midst of urban regeneration and the Han River Renaissance plan. Through dozens of competitions and consultations conducted for urban regeneration and appropriate program composition, the subject of the 2022 project implementation was able to be selected. The project was carried out under the supervision of the Korea International Trade Association, and the focus was on the master plan for space program, content composition, and branding, not general master plans and architectural plans.

As the main conch of the project, it is a second center that can secure urban public offices through urban regeneration and revitalize the MICE industry, and proposed a platform for fostering the sports entertainment industry in connection with the renewal of the sports complex. I look forward to making it a place to show the new scene of Seoul for the citizens of Seoul and those visiting from all over the world at the same time as containing the old memories.
