As the first complex shopping mall to enter the Chungcheong region, it is a complex space for shopping and sports entertainment, and was planned as a regionally specialized shopping mall covering the wide-area living area from Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, and Jeonbuk. It was designed by projecting the combination of various contents and programs into the architectural design as it is, and is in progress as a commercial facility with a new structure combining the existing mall-type shopping mall and block-type zoning.
